Meet Jason Hadley: Local Native, Proven Advocate.

Thomas “Jason” Hadley was born and raised in Baldwin County, Alabama, where he and his wife, Jaynie, and their two children currently reside. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2007 from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, while lettering in collegiate baseball for four years. He then attended Mississippi College School of Law during which time he law clerked at a Mississippi firm from 2008-2010. Jason obtained his Juris Doctor in 2010 and practiced law in Mississippi until 2013 where he concentrated on general civil litigation and personal injury litigation and served as assistant city prosecutor and assistant city attorney.

In 2013, Jason and his family moved back home to Alabama where he established The Hadley Law Firm with its primary office in Bay Minette. Jason is licensed to practice law in Alabama and Mississippi and all federal courts in Mississippi and Alabama.  He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.  He currently serves as the Prosecutor for the Poarch Band of Creek Indians Tribal Court in Atmore, Alabama.
