Meet Nathaniel Robertson
Nathaniel Robertson is an associate at The Hadley Law Firm. His practice consists primarily of personal injury, civil litigation, real property, wills and estates, and criminal defense. Nathaniel earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science from the University of South Alabama. He then earned his law degree, cum laude, from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 2025.
Nathaniel is licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama. While in law school, Nathaniel was an Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review, a blog editor and manager for the Center for Children, Law and Ethics, and Director of Competitions for the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Board.
Nathaniel competed in the 2025 National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition, for which he was awarded Best Oralist in the second round. Nathaniel was the recipient of several CALI awards, Best Brief for the 2025 Saad Moot Court , and was on Dean’s List all six semesters. During law school, Nathaniel interned in the Office of Federal Magistrate Judge John England III.
